In 1989, Jay Greenberg founded Greenberg Sales with a clear vision: healthcare providers deserved more than just equipment—they deserved a true partner. Within 18 months, Greenberg Sales became the trusted source for chiropractic and physical therapy equipment across the region.

 Meanwhile, Scott Younge was building his own legacy. After entering the x-ray equipment industry in 1999, he founded NEA X-ray in 2000, bringing specialized diagnostic imaging expertise to healthcare providers nationwide. Two independent companies.7

Two leaders with shared values. When Scott purchased Greenberg Sales from Jay, it created something powerful—MedSouth/Greenberg Sales, combining decades of expertise in both therapeutic equipment and advanced diagnostic imaging under one roof.
