Primacal with Boron provides essential nutrients for maintaining and building strength and integrity of bone structures. Typical diets, especially those with restricted dairy intake, cannot provide adequate calcium to support bone preservation. In each tablet, Primacal provides calcium (citrate, ascorbate, phosphate), which is essential for strong bones and teeth. Phosphorus (Calcium Phosphate), which can reduce the development of joint disorders, weak teeth, weak gums and brittle bones. Vitamin D (D3 Cholecalciferol), which comes mainly from the sun, is essential for strengthening and maintaining bone structure and calcium absorption. Manganese (gluconate), which when taken together with calcium, can help reduce the risk of bone deterioration. Magnesium (citrate, gluconate), which is vital for supporting the addition of new bone tissue and replacing old bone tissue. Magnesium also plays a role in an array of biochemical reactions from helping regulate the heartbeat to strengthening the immune system. Lastly Boron (AA chelate), which is a unique trace mineral that research shows may help protect against the development of arthritis and osteoporosis.
